For some years I have been working in the institutional field at the European Parliament, dealing with team management, relations with stakeholders and carrying out projects ranging from Consumer Protection to the Digital Agenda, from Gender Equality to Women's Rights. There would be so much to say about politics, it's a strange context full of potential. The question is always the same: change the rules of the game!

I also carry on the training of young people and companies, always in my own way! It's exciting to watch a startup grow up as well as make a tired company flourish again.

About my education, I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, I'm a life coach and I started my career teaching and coaching in sports. Professions that continue to excite me and that I still find the time to carry on, teaching and running courses for teachers and instructors.
From this passion was also born the book "Primi tuffi" on neonatal aquatics in the first 36 months of life.
